30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

60-Day Functional Warranty
In addition to our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, your product is covered against hardware functionality problems for 60 days from date of purchase. This means:
We guarantee that the product(s) that you purchase from ArrowDirect.com will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 60-day functional warranty period. ArrowDirect.com will repair or replace any defective component or the entire product as needed during this time. This warranty does not apply to software issues of any kind.
If you experience functional problems with your hardware during this warranty period, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will first try to remedy the situation; in many cases, a simple solution can be found. If we determine that warranty service is required, we will issue an RMA number.
Please note: Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective".
If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.
Once the warranty service is performed we will return your product (within the United States) at our expense. You are welcome to request a more expeditious service, though you will be billed for the difference in shipping costs.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may initiate a return and request your RMA number by clicking here.
All warranty exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, ArrowDirect.com will offer a substitute product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 business days. If none of these options are available, ArrowDirect.com will issue a refund based upon the value of the returned product(s).
This Limited Warranty does not extend to:
(a) Any product from which the serial number has been removed or altered;
(b) Cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear;
(c) Software issues;
(d) Damage or non-functionality that results from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes;
(e) Damage or non-functionality due to modifications or service by anyone other than (i) ArrowDirect.com, (ii) an ArrowDirect.com authorized service provider, or (iii) your own installation of end-user replaceable parts.
